Report on the requests processed.

-u userid -- return the file status for a particular user.  This is not a BNU
option.

-s systemid -- print the status messages for the named system.

-f system -- perform a tail -f on the log file to show the last 10 lines and whatever else is added to the file.

-n lines -- print the last 'lines' of the log file.

-x -- check the uuxqt file for the given system or user.
